Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Golf WRLD website, facility, simulators, memberships, event bookings, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Golf WRLD in Billings, Montana. By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a membership, or book services. Minors may use the facility only when supervised or authorized by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility on their behalf.

Bookings and Reservations

• Simulator sessions, short-game passes, event rooms, and other services may be reserved online, by phone, or in person.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to confirm, modify, or decline any booking.
• You are responsible for arriving on time; sessions may be shortened or forfeited for late arrival without refund.

Memberships

• Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are described at the time of enrollment and may vary by tier.
• Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms provided at sign-up.
• We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, benefits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
• Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared unless expressly permitted.

Pricing and Payment

• Current rates, including non-member simulator and short-game pricing, are posted on our website and at our facility and are subject to change.
• Event room rentals are quoted based on hours and setup; contact us for details.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the services and any applicable recurring membership fees.
• All fees are in U.S. dollars.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund terms for sessions, memberships, and events are provided at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise stated, deposits for events may be non-refundable.
• Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel.

Facility Rules and Conduct

By using our facility, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines
• Use equipment, simulators, and technology only as intended
• Treat staff, members, and guests with respect
• Refrain from unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or unlawful behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove, or suspend the membership of anyone who violates these rules or endangers the safety of others, without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Golf involves physical activity, including swinging clubs and striking balls, which carries an inherent risk of injury to yourself and others. By using our facility, simulators, and equipment, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Golf WRLD, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your use of the facility, equipment, or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to use all equipment safely and to be responsible for any damage you cause to our property or to others.

We may require you to sign a separate waiver and release of liability before using certain equipment or participating in certain activities.

Alcohol and Catering

Where alcohol is served or available, it is provided in accordance with applicable Montana law. You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol on premises and may be required to show valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our facility — including text, logos, graphics, images, and the Golf WRLD name and branding — is the property of Golf WRLD or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, booking, and technology services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Golf WRLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, facility, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf WRLD, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our facility or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yellowstone County, Montana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
